A one-off booking of domestic help costs €39.00 per hour. If you book regularly, the hourly rate is reduced to €36.00 per hour. You also benefit from a 20% tax advantage according to §35a EStG*.

Once we receive your booking request, your customer advisor will contact you to discuss your needs.

You will then be assigned a service provider who meets your expectations. You will be informed about the booking confirmation via SMS or email. Furthermore, you can then connect with your household helper to clarify your wishes and expectations.

The time between your booking and confirmation is usually about an hour, but depending on your location and chosen time slot, it might take a bit longer. If no one is available at the desired time, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if another time slot might suit you.

Use the chat feature in the app or on the website to coordinate special requests with your household helper in advance. You can also note all your wishes and priorities on a checklist. This helps your household helper to more effectively cater to your preferences.

When booking a cleaning, please provide the necessary cleaning materials. We recommend these materials:

If you are unsure about which materials are needed for the cleaning you desire, it is best to use the messaging function in your profile before the appointment to discuss with your cleaner.

Ensure that all utensils are functional for a good cleaning result. After the first cleaning, feel free to ask your household helper if additional materials will be required in the future.

Please ensure that your cleaner, household helper, or service provider has access to your house or apartment at the agreed time. We recommend that you personally greet your cleaner/household helper or service provider before the first cleaning/service appointment. This way, you can guide them through your home and discuss your notes and wishes together.

For cleaning appointments, you can alternatively contact the cleaner/household helper via chat to coordinate a possible key handover in advance (e.g., leave it with a neighbour).
