Terms and Conditions: Helpling Football Raffle 2026
1. Organizer
The organizer of this raffle is Helpling GmbH & Co. KG, Jägerstr. 67, 10117 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “Helpling” or the “Organiser”).
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who are residents of Germany.
To enter, the participant must have booked a cleaning service via the Helpling platform www.helpling.de within the period that begins on June 1, 2026 and ends on July 19, 2026 and this cleaning service must have been provided and completed during the same Participation Period (the “Eligible Participants”).
Employees of Helpling GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation Period
The raffle begins on 01.06.2026 (00:00 CEST) and ends on 19.07.2026 (23:59 CEST) (the “Participation Period”). Only cleanings actually provided and completed during this Participation Period qualify for the draw.
4. The Prize
There are 5 winners in total.
Each winner receives one cleaning voucher valid for 100€ worth of cleaning service booked via the Helpling platform. Each winner may receive only one cleaner voucher under this Raffle. Prizes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, campaigns, or voucher offers provided by the Organizer.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and the claim to the prize is non-transferable.
5. Drawing and Notification
The winners will be determined by a random draw made by an independent third party acting with complete fairness (Random Picker or equivalent) from the list of all Eligible Participants on the 1st business day after the 14 days period following the closing date 19.07.2026, ie on 3.08.2026.
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Helpling account (the “Winner Notice”).
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the date on which this Winner Notice was sent by Email, Helpling reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
6. Disqualification
Helpling reserves the right to exclude participants who manipulate the entry process (e.g., creating fake accounts) or violate these T&Cs or the General T&C of the Helpling Platform. Any cancellations of the cleaning service booked during the Participation Period will result in immediate disqualification of the participant from the draw of the raffle.
7. Termination of the Raffle
Helpling reserves the right to cancel or end the raffle at any time without prior notice if, for technical or legal reasons (e.g., manipulation, software/hardware errors), a proper execution cannot be guaranteed.
8. Data Protection (GDPR/DSGVO)
By participating, you agree that Helpling will process your personal data (Name, Email, Booking Order History) for the purpose of conducting the raffle and notifying winners (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Data will not be passed on to third parties, except if for the drawing of the 5 raffle winners, where applicable.
You have the right to information, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Detailed information is available in our Helpling Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Helpling is not liable for technical failures that prevent participation to this raffle or for any damages resulting from the use of the prize, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
10. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
11. Amendments
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to participants via the Helpling Platform or by email.
