Helpling is Europe’s leading online marketplace to find self-employed cleaners and other household-related services. Book a liability- and theft insured cleaner in just a few clicks on Helpling.de or the Helpling app.
Fair pricing is important to us. Cleaners registered on our platform set their hourly rates. During the booking process, you can compare profiles and prices and find cleaners within your desired price range.

The self-employed service providers are advised to follow health and safety guidelines like wearing a respiratory face mask and gloves during cleaning appointments as well as keeping a safe distance. Further, cleaners  indicate on their profile that they comply with the 2G or 3G regulation. They were also encouraged to cancel cleaning appointments early on in case of any symptoms or discomfort.

As soon as you’re matched with a cleaner, you will be notified by SMS and email. You can now contact your cleaner and discuss details about the cleaning. Depending on your location and time of the requested booking, it may take a little longer to find a cleaner. In this case, we will contact you directly and help you find a solution.
We recommend that you are home for the first clean so you can show your cleaner around and discuss any important details and wishes you may have. Some customers choose to give a spare key to their cleaner, but this decision is based on individual preferences. Please remember that Helpling takes no part in the key-handling process.
Yes. Please have all the important cleaning supplies at hand. We recommend the following: Detergents: toilet cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, grease-dissolving cleaning agent Cleaning utensils: mop & bucket, broom, dustpan and brush, vacuum cleaner Cleaning cloths: microfiber cloths, sponges (non-scratch), feather duster or dusters of your choice
We do our best to help you find the right cleaner for your home. However, if for any reason you would like to change your cleaner, you can easily do so in your account and send a new request for another cleaner. It is important to let us know why you would like a replacement so we can then find you the perfect match.

Yes, in the unlikely event of damage, you don’t have to worry. All cleaners are covered by a liability insurance which covers all damages above €500. For damages below €500 or the first €500 of any larger damage, you can of course always directly reach out to the cleaner involved and align with him or her on the compensation that you may expect from them.
