Our service includes the travel of installation teams, complete assembly of your kitchen including all cabinets and work surfaces, as well as the connection of all fixed kitchen appliances. Our partners provide all necessary tools and equipment and coordinate the appointments according to your wishes.

The service does not include the transportation or delivery of the kitchen setup, the dismantling of existing kitchen installations, extensive repairs to kitchen elements, and handling of warranty claims regarding the kitchen setup.

Please ensure that the area where the kitchen is to be installed is clear and accessible. The kitchen elements should be ready. If available, also have the installation plans at hand.

After completing the installation, it is advisable to review the installation with the installation team to ensure that everything is stable and securely mounted. Any concerns should be addressed immediately.

Additional costs for travel may apply, depending on your location. We recommend clarifying this in advance.

If the installation time exceeds the originally booked time slot, the additional time will be charged accordingly.

Our standard service does not include extensive repairs or modifications. For special requests, we recommend discussing this directly with us.

Yes, connecting fixed kitchen appliances is part of our installation service.

The delivery of the kitchen itself is not part of our service. We focus on the installation. However, delivery can be arranged in consultation with the seller or a separate delivery service.
