Use the chat function in the app or on the website to talk to your helper about any special requests you might have. Here, you can discuss the most important details about the job and the helper can prepare themselves accordingly.
Of course. You can book the same helper every time.
Yes. In the unlikely event of damage, you do not have to worry. The Helpling platform has a liability insurance policy of 5,000,000 euros, which covers each service in the event of damage to the property of its respective customer. This covers damages of 350 euros or more.
For damages of less than 350 euros and for the first 350 euros of a larger damage, you can of course always contact the service provider directly and agree with them on an appropriate compensation.
