On our platform, you can book a vetted and insured service provider with just a few clicks. For service providers, our technology platform makes it easier than ever to access new clients and to manage when and where they want to work.

Founded in March 2014, Helpling is today online in 10 countries on three continents: Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK and the UAE.

Our vision to digitise the world of home services has raised us more than €67 millions from renowned internet pioneers such as Lakestar and Mangrove Capital. Today, we are a team of 120 – with two thirds of us based at our headquarters located in the heart of Berlin.

Helpling, the group’s first brand, is Europe’s leading marketplace connecting customers to local household service providers. Cleaners, craftsmen, dog walkers and much more can be booked in just a few simple steps. For providers, Helpling makes access to work easier than ever before. By bringing transparency and efficiency to the industry of household related services, Helpling has proven to be a pioneer since the company was founded in 2014.
Tiger Facility Services (“TFS”) is an all-in-one office service provider, catering to the needs of administrative staff in offices, doctors’ practices, restaurants and much more. TFS’ product portfolio includes cleaning, catering and a variety of general services. As part of The Helpling Group since 2019, Tiger Facility Services brings efficiency and transparency to the world of office services, serving thousands of B2B customers.
MySkills Academy is a training and community-building initiative by The Helping Group, providing support to people who are seeking work[e] through digital platforms. MySkills Academy provides a wide range of training services, connecting providers to work platforms, facilitating the exchange of knowledge.
Goodworkvibes is a media platform and community-building initiative for office managers, sponsored by The Helpling Group & Tiger Facility Services. Bringing together office managers from all over Germany, goodworkvibes serves as a space for knowledge-sharing and storytelling — all while highlighting how Office Managers are the heart and soul of almost every company.
